All Seasons started in Leander in 1984 - a truck, a toolbelt, and a handshake. 42 years and 5,000+ projects later, still family-owned, still earning every customer the same way: word of mouth.
In 1984, with a background in engineering from Texas A&M and a belief that showing up matters more than advertising, Peter Toomey started All Seasons Deck & Gazebos in Leander, Texas. He wasn't building a brand - he was building decks, gazebos, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces, one backyard at a time.
He showed up on every single jobsite. Not sometimes. Every one. Over forty years, All Seasons grew almost entirely through word of mouth, one referral at a time, to more than 5,000 completed projects across Central Texas.
Peter also invented the Rapid Rafter , a patented (US Patent 11,654,545) dual-sided rafter square born from decades of real Central Texas jobsite problem-solving. It's now sold at Home Depot, McCoys, Ace Hardware, Amazon, and retailers nationwide. Popular Mechanics named it Gear of the Year 2025.
That hands-on, problem-solving mindset still runs through the whole team. As All Seasons grows, one thing stays the same: you'll talk to someone who knows your project, not a call center. The person who gives you a quote is connected to the crew that builds it.
No change orders. No surprise line items at the end. The number we give you is the number you pay. That's how it's been since 1984.
We don't sub your project out to whoever's available that week. The crew that breaks ground is the crew that does your final walkthrough.
Every Google review we have received is five stars. In this industry, that's almost unheard of.
For four decades most of our work has come from past customers and the neighbors they sent our way. That only happens when the work holds up.
Step 1
A real person calls you back, usually the same day and always within 24 hours.
Step 2
We walk the yard, measure, check slope, soil and drainage, and talk through how you want to use the space.
Step 3
One price covering materials, labor, permits and cleanup. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Step 4
We prepare drawings, pull the city permit and put together your HOA architectural submission.
Step 5
Our own crew builds it from footings to final board. No handoffs to subcontractors mid-project.
Step 6
We walk the finished project with you. Workmanship is covered for a year in writing, and materials carry their manufacturer warranties.
Our shop is at 2401 Co Rd 258 in Liberty Hill, and our crews build across Austin, Bee Cave, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, Georgetown, Hutto, Jarrell, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Leander, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Spicewood, Taylor. That spans two very different kinds of ground: shallow limestone in the Hill Country west of I-35, where footings often mean drilling rock, and the expansive Blackland Prairie clay to the east, where footings have to ride out seasonal swelling and shrinking. Four decades on both has taught us how to build for each.
We build custom decks, deck repairs and replacements, covered patios, sunrooms and screened porches, pergolas, gazebos, railings and outdoor kitchens. We don't build fences, and we don't sub out our work.
