Where We Build

Serving Central Texas Since 1984

Twelve cities across the Austin metro. Headquartered in Liberty Hill, building everywhere from Lake Travis to Taylor.

Georgetown, TX

Williamson County

Georgetown splits in two below the grass. West of I-35 you often hit limestone a few inches down. East of the interstate, Blackland Prairie clay runs deep. That one fact shapes every deck, patio cover and pergola we build here, along with Sun City's own review step and the historic overlay districts around the Square. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches across Georgetown from our shop in Liberty Hill.

Cedar Park, TX

Williamson County

Much of Cedar Park was built in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s over Hill Country limestone, so a lot of the backyard work here starts with an aging builder slab or a tired pine deck. Most homes sit in an HOA, and the city has clear thresholds for when a deck needs a permit. We build and rebuild decks, patio covers, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches across Cedar Park and handle both approvals for you.

Liberty Hill, TX

Williamson County

Our shop is at 2401 Co Rd 258 in Liberty Hill, so this is home ground. Liberty Hill mixes big master-planned communities like Santa Rita Ranch with acreage and older homes outside city limits, and which of those you live in decides who permits your project. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos, screened porches and outdoor kitchens across Liberty Hill.

Round Rock, TX

Williamson County

Round Rock is Williamson County's largest city, and it straddles two kinds of ground: limestone on the west side and Blackland clay to the east. It also has some of the clearest published permit rules in the area, down to the fee for an uncovered deck. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches in Round Rock and handle the city permit and HOA approval.

Leander, TX

Williamson County

All Seasons started in Leander in 1984, when Peter Toomey founded the company here. Since then Leander has grown from a small town into a city of master-planned communities, most of them on rocky Hill Country ground and most with an HOA. We build decks, patio covers, pergolas, gazebos, screened porches and outdoor kitchens across Leander, and we handle the city permit and the HOA submission.

Lakeway, TX

Travis County

Lakeway lots are built on the limestone hills above Lake Travis, and many of them fall away steeply from the back of the house toward the water or a canyon. That means the deck is often the main way to use the yard at all, and its railing decides what you see from inside. We build hillside decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and outdoor kitchens across Lakeway.

Travis CountyLearn more

Pflugerville, TX

Travis County

Pflugerville sits on Blackland Prairie clay, some of the most expansive soil in Central Texas. Most homes here were built in the last few decades on standard suburban lots, and most sit in an HOA. The clay is what makes a Pflugerville deck or patio cover last or fail, so footing design comes first. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches across Pflugerville.

Bee Cave, TX

Travis County

Bee Cave sits in the Hill Country west of Austin and is home to the Hill Country Galleria, with homes on limestone hills and many lots that slope toward a view. Several well-known communities around it, like Spanish Oaks, sit just outside city limits, so the rules for your lot depend on the exact address. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and outdoor kitchens in and around Bee Cave.

Dripping Springs, TX

Hays County

Dripping Springs is Hill Country on limestone, with live oaks, larger lots and a lot of homes outside city limits on septic. Master-planned communities like Caliterra and Headwaters sit alongside acreage off Highway 290 and FM 12. Where your house sits decides who permits the project and where a deck can go. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and outdoor kitchens in the Dripping Springs area.

Hays CountyLearn more

Hutto, TX

Williamson County

Hutto grew fast on open Blackland Prairie east of Round Rock, so most homes are newer, most yards get full sun, and nearly every lot sits on deep expansive clay. That makes shade and footings the two big decisions on a Hutto project. We build covered patios, decks, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches across Hutto.

Taylor, TX

Williamson County

Taylor is an old railroad and cotton town on Blackland Prairie clay, with early 1900s homes near downtown and new subdivisions spreading out as Samsung's plant draws people east. Older houses and new builds need different approaches to attaching a porch or deck. We build covered porches, decks, pergolas, gazebos and patio covers in Taylor.

Austin, TX

Travis County

Austin is two different building sites depending on where you live. West of MoPac, many lots sit on limestone under a few inches of soil. East of I-35, expansive clay runs deep. Add the strictest permit process in the area and a tree ordinance that protects large trees, and planning matters more here than anywhere else we work. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos, screened porches and outdoor kitchens across Austin.

Jarrell, TX

Williamson County

Jarrell is the northern edge of Williamson County along I-35, a small city that has grown quickly as subdivisions like Sonterra filled in open, treeless ground. New houses on open lots mean full sun, steady wind and a backyard that starts as a bare slab. We build covered patios, decks, pergolas, gazebos and screened porches in Jarrell.

Jonestown, TX

Travis County

Jonestown is a small city on the north shore of Lake Travis, off FM 1431, where homes sit on steep limestone hillsides with long views across the water. On most lots the yard falls away from the house, so a deck is the way to get usable outdoor space and a place to take in the lake. We build hillside decks, covered decks, pergolas, gazebos and railings in Jonestown.

Travis CountyLearn more

Lago Vista, TX

Travis County

Lago Vista spreads over the hills on the north shore of Lake Travis, with older lake-view neighborhoods like Highland Lake Estates and Bar-K Ranches and newer communities like Tessera. The ground is steep limestone, many lots look out over the water, and the city has its own permit form that covers decks, patios and patio covers. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and railings in Lago Vista.

Spicewood, TX

Travis and Burnet Counties

Spicewood is an unincorporated community west of Lakeway along Highway 71, spread across western Travis County and eastern Burnet County between Lake Travis and the Pedernales River. Lots here run from lakefront hillsides to multi-acre Hill Country tracts, most on limestone and many on septic. With no city in charge, your county, your HOA and your deed restrictions set the rules. We build decks, covered patios, pergolas, gazebos and outdoor kitchens across Spicewood.
